Reclaim and embody Feminine Knowledge, Wisdom & Power

The Structure

Preparation & Orientation

Before each monthly teaching, preparatory guidance is given to support depth and relevance in the work. This may include simple practices, reflective exercises, and prompts to gather awareness from your own life, helping clarify what is present, relevant, and ready to be worked with in the teaching itself.

Monthly Live teachings

At the heart of the Womancraft Way are Jane’s monthly live teachings. Each month, Jane offers a teaching into a particular facet of Womancraft, drawing on story, ritual, ceremony, and guided practices. These teachings offer a lived, transformative experience and support the ongoing work of making this knowledge one’s own and developing the capacity to apply Womancraft skills within daily life.

Integration & Embodiment

After each teaching, integration practices are provided to support carrying the work into daily life. Through guided practices and reflection, these practices help stabilise what has been awakened in the teaching and support the ongoing work of translating learning and insight into practical change in daily life, strengthening the capacity to apply Womancraft skills over time.

The Circle

The Circle is a focused community space that supports and deepens the Womancraft Way. It is a place where women gather around the teachings to reflect, share lived experience, and inquire together as the work unfolds. Jane is present in the Circle, offering prompts, questions, and guidance, while Shamanic Womancraft practitioners Jane has trained help hold the space so the collective work deepens and individual processes are supported within the group.

The Teaching Archive

All monthly teachings are recorded and kept in the Teaching Archive. This allows women to return to teachings over time, revisit them in different seasons of life, or access sessions they were unable to attend live, supporting continuity and ongoing relationship with the work without pressure to keep up.

The Ongoing Path

The Womancraft Way is a place women return to, month after month, to deepen and renew their relationship with themselves and their lives. Through the rhythm of monthly teachings, supported by preparation, integration, and the holding of the Circle, the work becomes something lived rather than occasional. Over time, Womancraft takes shape as an embodied path that supports ongoing self-development, inner authority, and the presence of feminine knowledge in daily life.

Through this teaching path,
Jane supports women to develop a lived, embodied practice of Womancraft within daily life.

Through this teaching path, Jane supports women to develop a lived, embodied practice of Womancraft within daily life.

The Womancraft Way supports women to develop a lived relationship with feminine knowledge, not as theory, but as something practiced and applied within the realities of daily life.

Through ongoing teaching, reflection, and practice, women deepen their capacity to meet life’s changes, cycles, and thresholds with clarity, skill, and inner authority

Through the Womancraft Way, you will develop the skills, capacities, and understanding needed to live feminine knowledge in daily life:

  • Understand where you are within inner and outer cycles, and how to work with them consciously.

  • Strengthen trust in your intuition through learning the language of cycles and life phases.

  • Build the art and practice of Womancraft into your life over time.

  • Gain skill and confidence in working with rites of passage as transformational thresholds.

  • Deepen understanding of how lineage, early life, and key transitions have shaped you.

  • Develop an embodied, earth-based spirituality grounded in lived experience.

  • Learn how to support others, including family, friends, and community, through their own cycles and life changes.

  • Walk an ongoing path of women’s spirituality guided by Jane, rather than completing a course.
